Terms of service

CondSnap is a software tool for recording the condition of a rental property with photos, notes, tenant comments and signatures. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for inspecting the property, for the accuracy of every report you issue, and for complying with the tenancy law that applies to you (including giving the tenant a copy within the required time). AI-generated notes and summaries are drafts from photographs and can be wrong; review every line before you issue. CondSnap does not provide legal advice.

Payments

Prices are in Australian dollars including GST unless shown otherwise. Single reports are a one-off purchase. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Your data

Reports, photos, comments and signatures belong to you. We keep them so you can produce them in a dispute. You can archive reports at any time and ask us to delete your account by email.

Availability and liability

We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
