Privacy policy

We collect your email address to sign you in, your name and phone to print on reports, property addresses, the photos and notes you record, and tenant names, comments and signatures. We use this information only to provide the service.

Photos you choose for AI assist are sent to Anthropic's API to draft condition notes and are not used to train models. Payments are handled by Stripe; we store a customer reference, never card details. Emails are sent through Resend. Data and photos are hosted on Fly.io in Sydney.

Signature records include the name entered, the signature image, the report version, the time, and the IP address of the device, so that the record can be relied on later.

We do not sell personal information. Email hello@condsnap.com to access, correct or delete your data.
