How it works

  1. Set up the property. Address, type, bedrooms. Every room and item appears in walk-through order.
  2. Inspect on your phone. Big yes/no toggles, a camera button on every item, AI suggests the condition and note from the photo.
  3. Issue and sign. Send the tenant a link. They review each room, add comments, sign. You sign. Download the PDF and keep it with the bond lodgement.

Built for the day before move-in

Self-managing landlords, small agencies and short-stay hosts use CondSnap when a tenant moves in tomorrow and there is no report yet. One report is $19. Unlimited reports for five properties is $29 a month. See pricing.

Questions landlords ask

Does this satisfy the legal requirement?
Australian states require a written condition report, with the tenant given a copy and a window to respond, at the start of the tenancy; the entry report is the main evidence at the tribunal when a bond claim is contested. New Zealand and the UK have the same practice (inventory and check-in report). CondSnap produces that report with the photo evidence, the tenant's comments and both signatures, dated and versioned. You remain responsible for checking it against the property.
How many photos can I add?
Up to 60 per report, 8 MB each, straight from the camera. Thumbnails print beside the item in the PDF; the originals stay on file.
What happens at the end of the tenancy?
Create the exit report from the entry report. Each item shows the entry condition and photos beside the exit condition. The changes list becomes your bond claim.
Does the tenant need an account?
No. They open the link on their phone, read each room, add comments and sign with a finger.
